Which is the best cylinder for minarelli am6 engine. I am thinking about Top Performances 70cc racing cylinder, how many hp can get from this cylinder kit.

as far as I know - a Top Performances 70cc cylinder isn't available for the Minarelli AM6 engine. I think you mean the 74cc Top Performances, which is in general a good cylinder with a high long-life cycle.
But it is the wrong one to get the ultimate power out of your bike.
